Why Sapling Exists
‘Vodka that leaves a good taste in your mouth’ – Sapling was created to allow people to enjoy a delicious product that did not come at the expense of our planet. In fact, Sapling are climate positive. For every bottle of vodka produced, one tree is planted. One tree can absorb up to 1.5 tonnes of carbon in its lifetime. Making a bottle of vodka emits about 2.5kg of carbon. You could say each bottle of Sapling pays back over 535 times!
What Makes The Vodka Delicious
Sapling describe their vodka as ‘clean, creamy, and smooth with a touch of sweetness’ and we totally agree. This is our go-to sustainable spirit for cocktail recipes, we especially enjoy a Sapling martini! Sapling is made in London from locally sourced ingredients in order to reduce transport emissions. It is four times distilled from 100% British wheat with charcoal filtered, de-ionised water. The high starch content of the wheat leaves the fresh finish and a hint of natural sweetness that makes Sapling so easy to drink.
