REPAIR Superpowder Pineapple Smoothie
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1 medjool date
1 large handful baby spinach
250 ml coconut water
1⁄2 cup ice
Fresh mint leaves and bee pollen (to serve)
Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve for breakfast in tall glasses with fresh mint leaves and bee pollen.
NOURISH Holiday Truffles
(Makes 10 truffles)
2/3 cup raw pistachios
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
4 medjool dates
Chopped pistachios and raw cacao, to serve
In a food processor, pulse pistachios until roughly chopped.
Add tahini, cacao, sea salt, maple syrup, NOURISH Essential Daily Superpowder, medjool dates and a splash of filtered water.
Pulse to combine.
Roll into ten truffle balls.
Dip truffles into chopped pistachios and raw cacao.
Chill for 1 hour.
Macadamia and Coconut Gluten-Free Granola With NOURISH & REPAIR
1 cup buckwheat
1⁄2 cup puffed brown rice
1 cup roughly chopped macadamias
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup dried raisins
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 cup rice malt syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
Pre-heat oven to 165 degrees.
Combine buckwheat, puffed brown rice, macadamias, flaxseed, coconut flakes, dried raisins, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste.
Pour over rice malt syrup and coconut oil, stir to combine.
Spread mixture evenly on a tray lined with baking paper.
Cook for 10 minutes, give a quick stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
