Holistic Healing with Bergamot Essential Oil
Skin: A wonderful way to introduce Bergamot to your face routine is doing a face steam: add 5 drops of Bergamot to a bowl of steaming but not boiling hot water. Cover face and bowl with a towel breathe in deeply. Bergamot oil helps tighten pores and brighten your skin, but you will also experience its uplifting and recharging aroma.
Body & Mind: Bergamot is great to relax in a tub, but works more on recharging your senses at the end of the day. Add 5 drops to 1 cup of Epsom or sea salts and add to your bath.
Lifestyle: Use in your kitchen to turn a regular black tea into an Earl Grey Tea. Add 5 to 10 drops to about 200 gr of regular black tee, place in a glass container with a lid, shake well and enjoy this deliciously recharging tea.
