Introducing Carole Bamford, Editor of Seed
A champion of sustainable and mindful living, Carole Bamford is driven by her belief that we need to work in harmony with nature, to nurture and protect it and treat it with respect. A simple desire to make a small difference to the health and food of her family led Carole to turn their farmland over to organic, which has now grown to become Daylesford – one of the UK’s most sustainable organic farms.
