Step 1

After cleansing and moisturising your complexion as you normally would, start from the tip of the chin and work your way up towards the ear with the larger stone, lightly pressing against your face to ease tension and soften out any blemishes.

The best way to go about this is with singular, sweeping strokes rather than rubbing back and forth to ensure you’re being as gentle as possible.

Note: Whilst ideally used in the A.M, the roller is the perfect travel size, allowing you to rejuvenate your complexion on the go, particularly great if you’ve just stepped off a plane and you’re skin’s feeling a little dry – just remember to remove any makeup before, of course.

Step 2

Now we’re focusing on the middle of the face…often the most susceptible to dryness and redness.

Continue stroking softly with the same motion over the cheeks and into the centre, using the edge of the ear as the starting point each time. Switch to the smaller stone for greater accuracy when nearing the area around the nose.

Note: Whilst rose quartz has natural cooling properties, we recommend storing the roller in the fridge several hours beforehand to get the most refreshing results from its use.

Step 3

Finally, bring the focus towards the top of the face.  Stick to the smaller brush when working around the eyelids, paying extra attention to your under-eyes – we’re going for dark circle reduction here.

Work upwards into the t-zone and revert back to the larger stone when reaching the forehead.  Sweep carefully across to ease tension – ideal for helping to soothe headaches and eye strain.

Note: our facial muscles store a great deal of tension, and by smoothing the roller, you’re effectively ironing out tension, just like a massage.  We personally can’t think of anything better to wake up to.
