What Makes School Of Lunch Regenerative?
Founder of School of Lunch, is mother of five, Hilary Boynton who refused to accept the quality of food her children were being served during school lunch. She began a relentless mission to change the status quo, and eventually took over the lunch program at her local school in Topanga CA. She worked with local farmers and food producers to create an affordable nutrient dense meal program that was based on the foundation of ancestral ways of eating. The results were astounding. It all stemmed from what she calls a Regen-Living lifestyle, where we strive for a symbiotic relationship between our bodies and our external environment.
School of Lunch’s approach to health is based on a multifaceted approach. The tip of their spear is getting people to abandon processed foods and switch to ancestral-based real food diets, but they realize that more is needed to create a balanced life. Regen-Living represents sunshine, sleep, exercise, clean water and a connection to nature and your community…these are the tenets of their system and the basis for all School of Life do; whether it’s their training academy, inspirational videos or the food they deliver!
“This is the time for us to seize the opportunity to reset our internal selves in order to create balance with our external environment. We must let our hearts guide us to do what we know to be fundamentally right; for our children, our community, and ourselves.”

The Heal Your Gut Cookbook by Hilary Boynton and Mary G. Brackett
The Heal Your Gut Cookbook was created to inspire people to reclaim their health using honest-to-goodness food. This is your mission, should you choose to accept it: Heal your gut, forgo disease and live the authentic life you were made to live.
This cookbook is based on the fundamental principles of the GAPS Diet: A healing, nutrient-dense culinary adventure that invites us to reclaim the food traditions of our ancestors and repair the damage we have done to our bodies. Developed by pioneering British MD Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, who provides the book’s Foreword, the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Diet is designed to restore the balance between beneficial and pathogenic intestinal bacteria and seal the gut through the elimination of grains, processed foods, and refined sugars and the carefully sequenced reintroduction of nutrient-dense foods.
