Christmas Returns
Throughout the month of December, there is an extended return window to account for gifts! All purchases made in December have until January 6th to process a return or store credit. Any returns after January 6th will be for store credit only!
Full Priced Items Return Policy
Rêve En Vert will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of full priced merchandise with the following details:
All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached. Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. Socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged. Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewellery only.
Rêve En Vert may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.
Your return request must be received within 14 business days from the date you received your shipment.
Return of Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for exchange or a credit voucher only.
A sale item is any marked down item. Items purchased using a promo code are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only. Items marked Final Sale and found in Rev Archive are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.
To process a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Email info@revenvert.com, including your name and order number to request a return’s form.
2. Print and fill out the return label and place it with the items you wish to return. Our return mailing address is on the bottom of the form.
3. Send the item back via any tracked mailing service you prefer.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.
Exchanges
Rêve En Vert will issue an exchange for any merchandise other than Final Sale items, upon stock availability.

Rêve En Vert uses UPS Carbon Neutral Shipping on all orders.
Online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. We ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that for orders shipping internationally there is likely to be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country. UPS will be in touch with you directly to facilitate that payment.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
Orders can be processed directly though this web site. rêve en vert processes card payments securely via a third party payment system called sagepay. All transactions are processed using a secure server. rêve en vert does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone.
All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Rêve en vert will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. Upon placement of an order the customer will receive an email receipt as confirmation of the purchase. This email receipt is not the same as a contract. rêve en vert reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by rêve en vert. As such, rêve en vert reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders that fit within these perameters. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, rêve en vert will issue a refund to the account in the same amount as the incorrect price.rêve en vert reserves the right to change any of the information found on this site and the services and products described therein at anytime and without notice.
