RWS-Certified Wool
KJINSEN only use natural fibres, strictly no synthetics. Their visual aesthetic is deeply rooted in nature and they strive to limit their impact.
KJINSEN uses only virgin wool that has been RWS-Certified. The Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) addresses animal welfare in sheep farms and the chain of custody of wool from farm to final product.
The key pillars of the certification include: (1) holistic respect for animal welfare; (2) land management on farms, protection of soil health, and biodiversity; (3) social welfare and working conditions of employees; (4) audit of each stage in the supply chain. Only products with a 100% audited supply chain may carry the certification.

An Ethical Manifesto
We choose fabrics that are trans-seasonal. From naturally insulating merino wool to ultra-light cashmere, all our pieces are designed to be worn 9 – 12 months a year.
We produce a very small amount of each design. When sold out, limited quantities become available for pre-order. We never produce in excess of demand.
All our clothes are manufactured in London. We are proud to champion British Fashion’s eclectic heritage. Producing locally enables us to prioritise quality and do so in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
