Handmade in Devon using fine bone china from Cornwall, the cafetière has stainless steel parts made by Steve at his mill just down the road on the outskirts of Exeter. The steel used is medical-grade, because it’s the best you can get. The jug has an elongated spout to ensure a perfect pour, a large hand-painted handle and a dimpled lid with a fine bone china pull on top that’s a wonkily imperfect circle, to add a FUN-ctional element of sketch-like surprise. Hand-painted 22k Gold handle and details. Size is h 260mm, ø 200mm. Capacity is 1l. This item is made to order by hand for you  for delivery within three weeks.

Feldspar's Local Production and Craftsmanship

Feldspar make their items out of fine bone china (the strongest type of ceramic) by a family run pottery factory in Stoke on Trent, supporting local British production and craftsmanship. They were anxious to preserve the skills required to keep bone china production going in England (and to show that it is perfectly possible to make things from start to finish in the UK). Their Devon pottery is half of their ceramics and everything they make is hand painted there.
