All Hotel, Mike products have been cold pressed. Cold pressing is significantly better for the environment than heat or chemical extraction methods, as it doesn’t produce chemical waste and requires less energy. They also use Upcycled ingredients which is a form of waste management, recreating value from non-commercially used ingredients or bi-products from other industries.
Hotel, Mike cartons are fully recyclable made from FSC card printed with sustainable kelp ink. The Hotel, Mike aluminium bottles are infinitely recyclable.

Biotechnology uses bacteria, plant cells and yeast to produce the same properties as natural active ingredients, minimising the impact on the environment and producing actives with better quality control. They also use Fermentation which is a sustainable process to obtain large quantities of beautiful performance ingredients quickly without growing lots of crops and using less energy.
