Description

When one throws a stone in the water, a circle forms in its place. Before it disappears, it expands into wider circles until all gradually vanish. The Pingo necklace plays with this idea of transformation, seizing it as it’s happening. Made in recycled sterling silver with 18ct gold plating.

Measurements: Width 2.2cm, Length 2.5cm, 50cm curb chain

Finding Beauty In Imperfections

​A German Brazilian designer currently based in London, Carolina de Barros’ beautiful line of handcrafted jewellery is inspired by the natural forms of earth and stone, finding beauty in imperfections and the human touch. Working with the ancient technique of lost wax casting, each piece is carved by hand in wax, before being cast in precious metals, resulting in a collection of completely unique pieces.
