An ethical and highly artisanal fine jewellery line founded by Daniela Colaiacovo. Each Makal collection collaborates with female jewellery designers. Makal is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and follows the rigorous industry standards it sets. All gemstones are listed on the Gemstone and Jewellery Community Platform. All suppliers undergo strict checks to ensure they align with our environmental and social values. In early 2021, MAKAL launched a project to help women in sustainable mining in northern Kenya.
