An ethical and highly artisanal fine jewellery line founded by Daniela Colaiacovo. Each MAKAL collection collaborates with female jewellery designers. MAKAL is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and follows the rigorous industry standards it sets. All gemstones are registered on the Gemstone and Jewellery Community Platform, and all their gemstones suppliers are subject to thorough due diligence procedures to ensure that they meet our environmental and social values. In early 2021, MAKAL announced a new project to support women in sustainable mining in northern Kenya.
