This incredible book is a study on how to run a business ethically and in a way where your employees are allowed to live their lives to the fullest, whilst also truly enjoying their work. What Yvon has done with Patagonia is such an inspiration to us here at REV, and his life stories are just fascinating. It makes us believe that business really can be done for good, and we can’t recommend it enough!

This book is one of the most compelling arguments we’ve ever read about coming together as a society and breaking down the barriers we have built up around traditional infrastructures and ways of doing things. It’s one of those books that you will go back to time and time again for it’s wisdom and beauty.
