Let’s have a moment here, in this spring equinox, to raise the awareness of the need to protect Earth’s natural resources for future generations. If you do care, it may be the moment to gather together to clean up litter, plant trees, reduce and reuse in your daily life, modify your diet habits, or simply reflect on the beauty of nature more often.

Information towards Earth issues can make you feel more and more restless. But you can decide, and you can turn an existential fear into an action. The most useful tool is to find the way to face an anxiety, since all struggle, soon or later, has to be faced to overcome.

I am the son of Earth – the goddess Devi – Earth is our Mother and deserves our devotion and protection. Non-violence – ahimsa – is the greatest dharma. Hurting or harming another being damages one’s karma and obstructs advancement toward moksha – liberation. Ahimsa to the earth improves one’s karma.

Before finishing the practice add some drops of Rowse hemp oil to your fingers and rub your hands to create some warmth. Place your hands in front of your face to feel the energy. Press the nasal bridge. Place your thumbs under the evebrows and softly press. With both hands massage your temples, jaw, neck, and shoulders.
