“I make this simple recipe for slow mornings on the island using NOURISH Essential Daily Superpowder, fresh coconuts from our property, and dried fruits and nuts.”

 

Ingredients

Serves 1

Handful freshly grated coconut

Handful granola

Handful dried apricots

Handful dried cranberries

Handful raw walnuts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp NOURISH Essential Daily Superpowder

3-4 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Make

Mix ingredients in a bowl / Add coconut yoghurt.

Serve with chilled coconut water or iced coffee.
