Description

A beautiful china pet bowl. Handmade in Feldspar’s Devon workshop using local fine bone china, with a hand-painted cobalt band around the rim. The profile is dimpled and uneven, giving the bowl a sketch-like quality. These bowls are made in exactly the same way using exactly the same materials as our tableware, and have been known to hold fruit on kitchen tables too! Size is 17cm diameter. Capacity 750ml. This item is made to order by hand for you down in Devon for delivery within three weeks.

Feldspar's Local Production and Craftsmanship

Feldspar make their items out of fine bone china (the strongest type of ceramic) by a family run pottery factory in Stoke on Trent, supporting local British production and craftsmanship. They were anxious to preserve the skills required to keep bone china production going in England (and to show that it is perfectly possible to make things from start to finish in the UK). Their Devon pottery is half of their ceramics and everything they make is hand painted there.
