All that honeybee foraging results in a Mānuka honey that is rich, raw, unpasteurized, non-GMO verified, Halal, Kosher, gluten-free and certified organic.
Before leaving for their team in Los Angeles it is independently tested and certified in New Zealand using the Unique Mānuka Factor (UMF™) grading system, which verifies it for quality, purity and authenticity. To be considered potent enough to be therapeutic, Mānuka honey needs a minimum rating of UMF 10, making their UMF 15+ extremely effective.
