Step away from the city into a completely different atmosphere and use Audo for all they have to offer. Not only are they a guest house but also a concept store, restaurant, café, events space and showroom, hosting a design focussed community and collaboration space.

Morning - Brunch at Atelier September
Famous for its traditional poppy seed rolls and plentiful plant-based dishes (avocado on rye being the most popular choice), the centrally based coffee haven is a must for artisinal brunch lovers. It is also situated right next door to Studio X Viaduct, a design studio selling handcrafted minimalist furnishings, so swing by afterwards for some one-of-a-kind finds.

Shop - Tú a Tú
TÚ A TÚ – SECONDHAND is a secondhand shop based in the vibrant Jægersborggade in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. Translated ‘Tú a Tú’ means ‘you to you’ and relies on their vision of recycling and passing on selected secondhand items from one to another. They sell contemporary secondhand for women alongside a selection of new and unused items.
Lunch - Gro Spiseri
Gro Spiseri is an eatery levelled above the city as a part of the community supported agricultural project ØsterGRO rooftop farm. As an eatery they consist of a small team of excellent chefs and staff who love creating a social and informal food experience, based on organic production delivered to them from local growers, producers, slow-impact fisherman and hunters – everything with a love and care for nature.
Coffee - Coffee Collective
Scattered around Copenhagen you will find various chains of the sustainable coffee brand, Coffee Collective. Creating the best coffee experiences in the world while helping farmers achieve more value is what drives Coffee Collective. All their coffee bars around the city welcome you with their aesthetic interiors, a relaxed atmosphere and a great cup of ethically sourced coffee.
Afternoon - Visit the Design Museum
Immerse yourself in Scandinavian design culture by paying a visit to the Design Museum, our favourite innovation spot for everything from transport, to furniture, to fashion. Follow this with a trip to the 400 year old Rosenborg Castle for some picturesque views. If you’re peckish later on we recommend an afternoon snack at Acacia…in particular their vegan snickers bar (we also advise keeping one in your hotel room fridge for a late night snack!)

Wine - Steffi Graf
Steffi Graf is a natural wine shop on the corner of Stefansgade and Søllerødgade in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. Inspired by the German former tennis player, Steffi Graf, this wine shop is in the perfect location to take an afternoon or early evening stroll to pick up some wine before getting ready for the evening!
Evening - Dinner at Väkst
Housed inside a stunning three-storey building decked out with reclaimed furniture, Väkst is a green gastronomical destination offering traditional Nordic cuisine as well as history and charm. Choose from a range of locally sourced dishes like grilled celeriac and oyster mushrooms. The restaurant is also committed to producing as little waste as possible, ranking it high up on our list of eco eateries. There’s even an indoor greenhouse…the fruit and veg doesn’t get more home-grown than this!

Night - Cocktails At The Apollo
No European city break would be complete without at least one evening of cocktails on a well-lit patio, or inside a vibrant bar, depending on the weather. For this, we recommend The Apollo. Modern and minimal with plenty of creative flair; this space is filled with colourful furniture inherited from the art school it sits beside, as well as elegant plaster-cast statues – a nod to the rich history of the surrounding area, Kunsthal Charlottenborg.
