Top UK Florists for the Most Sustainable Flowers in 2025
Bringing nature and beauty indoors is proven to uplift spirits, something we could all benefit from! Treating ourselves, or a loved one, to some beautiful blooms is a wonderful ‘pick-me-up’. However as with everything we do here at REV, we want to consume as consciously as possible. Here we share with you our top UK florists for the most sustainable flowers.
Petalon
Petalon was born from a desire to offer beautiful yet affordable flowers, in a more sustainable way. Six years after launching, founders Florence and James relocated to Cornwall where they now grow their own flowers.
Petalon’s deliveries are carbon-neutral so you can worry less about the carbon footprint of having a beautiful bouquet! They also donate 5% of all profits to the Bee Collective. A not-for-profit enterprise that helps Londoners help bees. And for every 100 bouquets sent by post, they plant a tree locally.
Arena Sustainable Flowers
For colourful bouquets that make a statement, all of Arena’s flowers are ethically sourced from certified Fairtrade farms. The company are dedicated to working with partners who share their commitment for bettering the welfare of communities and the environment.
For every bouquet of sustainable flowers sold, Arena will plant a tree in countries including Haiti, Mozambique and Madagascar. Countries who are experiencing devastating deforestation.
Alma Proust Sustainable Flowers
Based in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex, Milli Proust grows and displays her flowers with the utmost consideration to sustainable processes and seasonality. “All of my stems are all grown in rhythm with nature, with organic practises in a passionate effort to protect and regenerate the surrounding wildlife.”
We also love Milli’s newsletter and blog posts. Not only are these monthly odes beautifully written and photographed, they are an absolute treasure for learning more about seasonal growing!
Display With Marloe Marloe
Our side tables have never looked so gorgeous thanks to Marloe Marloe’s line of sustainable handmade ceramics. You can use this vase to bring some seasonal or dried sustainable flowers into your home. A bit of cheer and beauty is always welcome!
Shida Preserved Sustainable Flowers
Shida Preserved Flowers is one of our favourite services offering long lasting preserved and sustainable flowers. A beautiful and sustainable option that can be enjoyed for more than just a week or so. Perfect for those who want a low-maintenance bouquet! For a more minimal arrangement, we love styling their single stems in Feldspar’s bud vase.
All of their flowers are treated with a special preservation method, that uses 100% plant-based glycerin and dyes. “The treatment maintains the cell structure of the plants. Leaving them feeling soft and retaining their natural beauty for many months.”
Studio Dandelion
A particular favourite of our co-founder, Cora, Studio Dandelion has an ethos that we at REV truly resonate with – “beautiful, seasonal flowers with an eco-friendly mind at the heart of it”. Based in London, Eloise sources her flowers directly from farms and the flower market.
Organic Blooms
Selling beautiful and seasonal British cut flowers, Organic Blooms are more than just a florist. They are a social enterprise providing expertise to those people who can benefit from learning the workings of a flower nursery and florist business.
Organic Blooms are proud to be Soil Association Organic Certified. Meaning their seasonal, sustainable flowers are grown with the upmost consideration to people, the environment and wildlife. Without any artificial chemicals.
Display With Feldspar Studio
Produced in the UK, Feldspar Studio create timeless pieces for home. That are made to last lifetimes. They make all their items out of fine bone china, which is the strongest type of ceramic, in a family run pottery factory in Stoke on Trent. In three designs, their vases are perfect for big bouquets or single stems.
Fern Verrow
One of our favourite suppliers of organic fresh fruit and veg, Fern Verrow is a biodynamic farm in Herefordshire. Biodynamic farming is a holistic practice which focuses on replenishing the soil in order to grow healthy and nutritious plants, in harmony with the Earth.
Supplying the sustainable London restaurant, Spring, with beautiful arrangements, Fern Verrow also allow customers to add a bunch of their seasonal cut flowers to your produce box delivery for a little pick-me-up!
