A Thoughtful Read - Yoga For Motherhood
A fantastic gift to give any mother is London based yoga teacher Naomi Annand’s book, Yoga for Motherhood. A mom herself, a teacher with over twenty years experience in yoga, and the owner of the East London yoga studio, Yoga On The Lane, Annand really knows what she is talking about. A book every mother should have on their shelf! It is a resource for moms to help navigate the different emotions that come along with motherhood – the emotional lows and highs. The book walks you through bread-led sequences to calm the nervous system and uplift a tired body – things most mothers can definitely relate to! I’ve loved this book personally and think it is a beautiful resource for parents.
